CybrHost was one of several internet and website hosting companies that I acquired with Pantek between 2003-2015. Most notably were CybrHost (based in California) and Green Dedicated Host (based in Texas), however there were a total of five. For these acquisitions, I lead and performed significant M&A efforts including due diligence, negotiations, and leadership of the successful migration processes.
