My first GNU/Linux distribution was Slackware, followed by Red Hat Linux 2.1 back in 1994, which I used to build an Internet Service Provider in the basement of my parents house. Since then, it’s been my operating system of choice both personally and professionally. I currently use Fedora for my desktops, and Ubuntu for services.
